Heartnotes: A Journal of Hospice & Palliative Care
As a service to those interested in learning more about hospice and palliative care, Evercare Hospice & Palliative Care created a magazine called Heartnotes. Published four times a year, Heartnotes touches on every aspect of end-of-life care, with feature articles, inspirational stories and resources for hospice patients, their families and the professionals who care for them. Heartnotes is free. You do not have to be an Evercare member to receive Heartnotes.
